Our Tour Operation is conducted with
the Owners of Fun 2 Dive Manatee Tours. Both Capt. Joe and Capt.
Greg are Professional Educators, Certified Scuba Instructors and
Snorkeling Instructors... Capt. Greg Ph.D. / University Professor, teaching graduate
students. Capt. Joe, Back Ground in Marine Science and Physics. Capt. Joe has over
24 years experience with the Manatees and well over 9000 hours with the Manatees.
Also what sets us a part, we DO NOT HIRE Part Time or Seasonal Help to run our manatee
programs.
Small Groups ... It only takes 2 people to
make a tour, we will never have more than 6 people plus our crew.
NO exceptions.
Full Day Tours ... We start at 6 am and
finish around 3:00 p.m. or longer. Since we own the company, and we run the boats.
We're not on a time schedule unless you are. Plus we do not carry a watch.

"Quality makes the Difference" On What manatee tours should be. If your
looking just to swim with the manatees this is not your tour. If you want
to learn, interact and experience the manatees in a natural environment with out
putting stress on the animals, then YES you found the right tour.
Manatee Awareness Program ... at NO EXTRA
charge. The time that is taken here, will make your manatee experience
unforgettable with out putting stress on the animals. We learn about Manatee
Evolution, Manatee Habitat, Social Behavior's, Regulations and Restrictions with Manatees.
Basically what were giving you, is some Manatee Manners when you snorkel with the
manatees!
Our Manatee tours is prioritized
for quality not quantity. We only offer week day tours. NO WEEKENDS, (to many
people on the weekends), plus we limit the number of guest to 6 people.
Solar Heated Boat, Our Boat can be fully
enclosed during foul weather or opened to enjoy the out doors. Lots of deck room
outside as well.
In Water Assistance... We have licensed
and experienced Snorkeling and Scuba Instructors from several accredited
agencies.
All Inclusive... Nothing to rent, we provide Quality
wet suits, mask, fins, snorkel, and booties. Young children will only receive booties
(no fins)
We provide Quality gear needed to snorkel
including wetsuits, drinks, snacks, and sunscreen.
Hot Showers after your tour, if you desire.
Photography is also available of your tour,
this is only available through Capt. Joe. with advance notice. We also sell our
photography work world wide, with over 60,000 images of the manatees.
